Misconception Created in Society: 'Ararat' Addresses Incident Involving Footballer Brothers

The 'Ararat' football club is deeply concerned about the incident that occurred on August 30 in the Kentron community, resulting in the arrest of Gor and Edgar Malakyan, the latter being a player for 'Ararat'. This statement was officially released by the 'Ararat' football club.

“We find it extremely troubling that a brief description of the incident has created a misconception among the public regarding what transpired. We hope that law enforcement will conduct an objective investigation and present the full circumstances,” the statement said.

The 'Ararat' club remains in constant contact with the players' lawyers and will closely monitor the developments of the situation.

It is worth noting that the Malakyan brothers were arrested on suspicion of assaulting police officers in the Cascade area.
