Kremlin Was Unaware of Lukashenko's COVID-19 Infection
The Russian presidential administration has stated that they were previously unaware of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko's COVID-19 infection and that he had experienced the illness 'on his feet.' This was reported by Gazeta.
'In any case, all Russians who have come into contact with him are alive and well,' commented Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president.
Previously, it was noted that Lukashenko admitted to being infected and, according to his own words, managed the illness while 'on his feet.' In this context, the president's spokesperson also mentioned that Vladimir Putin's health is normal, and he undergoes coronavirus testing as necessary.
