Lukashenko Claims He Overcame Coronavirus "On the Go"
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has stated that he overcame coronavirus without any symptoms, claiming he did so "on the go." He made this remark during a meeting today with the heads of national security agencies and staff, as reported by BelTA.
“I apologize for my voice. I have a lot to say lately. But the most surprising thing is that today you are meeting a person who has managed to overcome the coronavirus while still on the move,” said the state leader. He noted that doctors reached this conclusion yesterday, identifying him as an asymptomatic carrier of the virus.
“97% of our population carries this infection asymptomatically. I thank God that I also managed to not have any symptoms,” Lukashenko stated.
