Three Azerbaijanis Charged with Hooliganism
The Kuzminsky District Court in Moscow has issued a ruling to detain three individuals of Azerbaijani descent in connection with a criminal case of hooliganism linked to a conflict between Armenians and Azerbaijanis in Moscow.
The court has decided on a two-month detention for Valiev, Hamidov, and Zahidov, according to a statement from the court's press service.
Earlier reports indicated that the Moscow police had arrested nine participants involved in clashes between Armenians and Azerbaijanis. This information was shared by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Recall that on the night of July 24, a group of Azerbaijanis aggressively and organizedly attacked several local Armenian residents, beat them, and insulted them. Another group also targeted vehicles with Armenian license plates, smashing windows and assaulting drivers.
