Veolia Water Calls on Citizens to Make Payments Online

Veolia Water is urging citizens to provide their water meter readings through the following channels, due to restrictions on home visits by company employees in the fight against COVID-19:

1. Send a photo of the meter reading via Viber to the servicing technician.
2. Register on the official website veolia.am under “Consumers” > “Online Services” > “Login” > “Entering Readings” and follow the instructions to enter.
3. Call the “Call Center” at 1-85, 011.300-185, or toll-free at 0 800 00 185.

Veolia Water encourages payments for consumed water to be made online through electronic systems and payment terminals. All service offices for company subscribers will remain closed until June 30, 2020, inclusive.
