CP member Arsen Avagyan has published a photo on his Facebook page with the caption: "I urge all Sisian residents to exercise sobriety and vigilance‼️ Dear Sisian residents, according to preliminary information, there are several clusters of coronavirus in Sisian, and the infection rate is rising. I kindly ask all of you to be as attentive as possible, only leave your homes if absolutely necessary, wear masks and gloves, and maintain social distancing.
