Protests in Azerbaijan Organized by Veterans of the Artsakh War, Says Military Expert
Military expert Karen Hovhannisyan has written on his Facebook page: "Unique forms of protests are being organized in Azerbaijan by veterans of the Artsakh War. They are protesting against being left to starve, having sent thousands of letters to the authorities asking for help, but all responses have been negative. They are unable to receive their disability pensions, as banks refuse to service the bank cards connected to these pensions. Participants in the protests are recording their stories of grievances and posting them online."
