28 Years Ago Today, Artsakh Reunited with the Motherland: Arayik Harutyunyan

Arayik Harutyunyan, the newly elected president of Artsakh, wrote on his Facebook page: “Dear compatriots, 28 years ago, on this day, our dream came true. Artsakh reunited with the Motherland with the liberation of Berdzor. I feel a special pride as I reflect on this decisive event because I was directly involved in shaping that glorious chapter of our history and bear the responsibility that is characteristic of a victorious generation.

It was no coincidence that exactly one year ago, I declared my decision to lead a new phase of development for the Artsakh region in Kashatagh. I assure once again that all our ambitious projects outlined in this context will be implemented within reasonable timeframes.
