Ashot Ghulyan Resigns from Parliamentary Mandate
Ashot Ghulyan has rejected the parliamentary mandate. This was announced by Anush Ghavalyan, an advisor to the President of the Artsakh National Assembly, in a Facebook post.
“In the newly formed National Assembly, the mandates of the Artsakh Democratic Party will be received by the MPs Gegham Stepanyan and David Melkumyan. The leader of the ADP, Ashot Ghulyan, who heads the party list, has refused the parliamentary mandate by submitting a resignation application to the Central Electoral Commission. He has repeatedly mentioned his decision not to enter the 7th convocation of parliament during campaign meetings,” she wrote.
