Rustam Badasyan Appeals to Venice Commission Regarding Situation Surrounding Constitutional Court
The Ministry of Justice of Armenia has reported that Minister Rustam Badasyan has addressed the Venice Commission concerning the situation surrounding the Constitutional Court.
The statement issued by the ministry specifically mentions: “The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, Rustam Badasyan, has appealed to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, directing questions to the Council of Europe’s ‘Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission)’ on resolving the crisis surrounding the RA Constitutional Court.”
