More than $108 million paid in bonuses from the state budget in Armenia's public institutions over 20 months
Yerkir.am has regularly published information regarding bonuses awarded in various public institutions of Armenia, based on written official responses to inquiries.
We present a summarized account of calculated and paid bonuses. Over an average of 20 months, starting from May 9, 2018, more than 51,895,524,750 Armenian drams or $108,115,677 in bonuses have been paid from the state budget, with the vast majority awarded in 2019.
The source also notes that due to Vayots Dzor Governor A. Grigoryan's failure to provide justified responses to inquiries on two occasions and the non-provision of information regarding bonuses in accordance with legal requirements, a complaint has been filed with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia, requesting that the competent authority initiate administrative proceedings based on the governor's failure to provide the required information.
