Kocharian to Remain in Custody as Court Rejects Motion by Four Prime Ministers
The judge of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, Anna Danibekyan, announced upon returning from the deliberation room that she rejects the request from four Prime Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh regarding a change in the custody of former Armenian President Robert Kocharian.
Accordingly, Robert Kocharian will continue to remain in custody.
The next court hearing is scheduled for May 19 at 13:00.
