6 New Cases of Coronavirus Confirmed in Artsakh: Total Cases Reach 20

According to information provided by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh, results have come in from the testing of 31 samples, of which 25 are negative, while 6 have tested positive, confirming their infection with the new coronavirus, reports the information headquarters.

Of the 6 confirmed cases, 4 are family members of an individual who had previously tested positive for the virus (a resident of Nor Brachur). The other two cases are linked to the cluster from the Shushi region recorded days ago (from the city of Karvachar).

It is noteworthy that since May 7, based on the decision of the RA Prime Minister, restrictions on the right to free movement have been implemented in various communities of the Shushi region, and since May 12, movement has been limited throughout the entire region.

As of today, there have been a total of 20 cases of coronavirus infection reported in Artsakh, with 8 individuals already recovered.
