Arshavir Gharamyan Submits Resignation from Security Council
Dear compatriots, I would like to inform you that I have submitted my resignation from the position of Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, which, of course, does not mean that I am "absolving" myself of the personal responsibility I hold in ensuring the security of Artsakh. This was stated by Arshavir Gharamyan on his Facebook page.
"I have devoted my entire life to the national liberation struggle of our homeland, utilizing all my capabilities to contribute my modest share to the maintenance of our collective security. I assure you that, regardless of position or status, I will continue my mission. I have stated on several occasions that nothing prevents a person from being useful to their homeland, regardless of the opportunities they have or their status in any sector. I have lived and will continue to live by this principle. We still have much to do to bring our struggle to its conclusion and to pass our victories on to future generations. My friends and I consider this our life mission, and we will live and act with this conviction in mind," he wrote.
