37-Year-Old Man Enters Polyclinic and Threatens to Commit Suicide
On May 10, at 20:45, information was received by the National Crisis Management Center of Armenia that a citizen approached the number 19 polyclinic located at 2a General Andranik Street in Yerevan and threatened to commit suicide.
A specialist from the psychological support division of the Emergency Situations Ministry headed to the scene. It was determined that the individual, identified as Hayk A. (born in 1983), had locked himself in one of the rooms of the polyclinic and was threatening to harm himself with a piece of glass.
The psychologist had a psychological conversation with the individual, after which police officers managed to disarm him.
