15 New Coronavirus Cases Confirmed in Gegharkunik, 1 Citizen Dies: Governor

Fifteen new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Gegharkunik region, along with the death of one citizen. This was reported by Gegharkunik Governor Gnel Sanosyan on his Facebook page.

He specifically stated, “Fifteen new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Gegharkunik region, and ten citizens have recovered. All new cases were registered among isolated citizens. One death has been recorded, where the patient was confirmed to have contracted the coronavirus; however, death occurred due to another illness.”

Confirmed cases have been reported in the communities of Vardenis, Mets Masrik, Shatvan, Sotk, Norakar, Tsovinar, Tsovazard, Sevan, Ddmashen, Geghamavan, Zovaber, and Martuni (city).
