Former Prime Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh Attend Robert Kocharyan Court Hearing

At the Shengavit residence of the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court, former Prime Ministers of Armenia Vazgen Manukyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Karen Karapetyan, and former Prime Minister of Artsakh Anushavan Danielyan were present at the court hearing regarding the case of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and others. They are proposing to replace Kocharyan's detention with personal guarantees.

Judge Danibekyan is clarifying the personal details of the former prime ministers, as reported by lurer.com. The court also presented the obligations they have when assuming personal guarantees.

Earlier, Kocharyan's lawyer, Hayk Alumyann, submitted a request to the court to replace his client’s detention with personal guarantees, along with applications from the former prime ministers of Armenia and Artsakh.

Robert Kocharyan, who was previously at the Izmirlian Medical Center, was present at the hearing.
