Georgia Ready to Welcome Foreign Tourists from July 1, Says Giorgi Gakharia
"Starting June 15, Georgia will open up for local tourism services," announced Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia. According to him, by July 1, Georgia will be ready to welcome foreign tourists.
"We will achieve this by creating safe corridors at land borders with neighboring countries, as well as the possibility of establishing safe corridors through bilateral negotiations with countries that are of interest to us for tourism. These negotiations have already begun," Gakharia stated.
