64-Year-Old Woman Dies from Coronavirus; 2 Infected Individuals Pass Away due to Other Illnesses

The patient who died from coronavirus yesterday was a 64-year-old woman with accompanying chronic diseases, according to the Ministry of Health.

In addition, two more death cases were reported the previous day where patients tested positive for the coronavirus, but the cause of death was attributed to other illnesses. The total number of such cases now stands at six.

As of May 5, at 11:00 AM, there have been a total of 2,619 confirmed cases of coronavirus, with 1,111 recoveries and 40 deaths recorded. Currently, 1,462 patients are undergoing treatment for the virus. A total of 25,846 tests have been conducted.

Thus, there have been 112 new confirmed cases of coronavirus and 40 recoveries reported.
