Rules for Organizing Work in the State Governance System According to the Decision of the Governor

Rules for organizing work in the state governance system according to the decision of the RA Governor Tigran Avinyan:

1. All bodies of public authority in the RA shall, under all possible circumstances, carry out their activities remotely/online, while ensuring the uninterrupted performance of the body's functions.
2. Entry of employees into the administrative buildings of public authority bodies is prohibited unless there is an instruction from the head of the body regarding them.
3. Heads of bodies shall provide all employees with access permits with medical protective masks and disinfectants while in the administrative buildings of the bodies, and for those staff serving citizens, also with protective gloves.
4. Heads of public authority bodies ensure proper information among employees regarding safe behavioral norms and sanitary-epidemiological safety standards, including by posting notices in visible places and/or through other preferred means in accordance with the informative sheet defined in Appendix N 12 of this decision.
5. The service offices of state governance and local self-government bodies operate with the minimum required volume, involving the least personnel necessary. In the case of the availability of online services, they should be provided electronically as much as possible.
6. In order to respond to the urgent needs of citizens, public governance and local self-government bodies publish information about the active telephone numbers, websites, email addresses, and other means of contact of the bodies through their official websites, social networks, and mass media.
7. During their activities, public authority bodies are guided by the rules outlined in Appendix N 11 of this decision for preventing the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
