Changes in Average Prices of Goods Registered in Artsakh

As a result of observing 43 types of mass consumption goods in 20 commercial entities operating in Stepanakert, 8 changes in average prices were recorded compared to the previous observation, with 5 price increases and 3 price decreases.

The specialists of the State Commission for Regulating Public Services and Economic Competition of Artsakh provide details. In particular, an average price increase was recorded for 1 kg of cucumbers by 34 drams or 8.9%, for 1 kg of apples by 33 drams or 7.1%, for 1 kg of potatoes by 17 drams or 6.8%, for 1 lemon by 17 drams or 5.7%, and for 1 egg by 1 dram or 1.7%.

Average price decreases were observed for 1 kg of almonds by 33 drams or 4.7%, for 1 kg of onions by 17 drams or 4.1%, and for 1 kg of tomatoes by 17 drams or 2%.

Market players who have a dominant position in the markets with price changes are present in the "almond" and "chicken egg" markets.
