Political technologist Karen Kocharyan has addressed the Chief of Police of Armenia, Arman Sargsyan, on his Facebook page. The post specifically states:

“I appeal to the current Chief of Police of Armenia, Arman Sargsyan. Mr. Sargsyan, two people have been killed in the hospital in your presence. Resign with honor; I say this for your own sake. Otherwise, during every action of the police from now on, your colleagues will be reminded of who their chief is. Respect your colleagues. Don't ruin them.”
