Shout During City Council Meeting: Mayor Responds
During a session of the Yerevan City Council today, a loud shouting was heard throughout the building while a member of the 'My Step' faction was asking a question, making it unclear where the noise was coming from.
Mayor Hayk Marutyan advised the questioner to continue, as his voice was louder with the microphone. Shortly after the mayor's comment, Ani Khachatryan, a member of the 'Luminen' faction, also started shouting something, prompting Hayk Marutyan to respond, saying, 'We’ve just escaped one shout, do we really need to hear this other shout now?'
