Which Subscribers Will Not Be Disconnected: 'Electric Networks of Armenia'
In light of the current situation caused by the pandemic and the social issues faced by subscribers, a decision has been made by the owner of 'Electric Networks of Armenia' that those subscribers who consumed up to 10,000 AMD worth of electricity in February and March (referring to the socially vulnerable groups) will not be disconnected.
“However, we urge our subscribers to make timely payments for electricity to ensure the reliable and uninterrupted operation of the energy infrastructure,” the statement reads.
'Electric Networks of Armenia' is also prepared to discuss each individual case and, should there be appropriate justifications (considering non-payment as a force majeure consequence), to continue providing electricity supply to the subscriber.
