Average Market Price of Apartments in Residential Buildings Increased by 3.2%

Compared to the first quarter of 2019, transactions increased by 13.5% in the first quarter of 2020. In the first quarter of 2020, there were 42,720 real estate transactions registered with the state, which reflects a decrease of 21.6% compared to the fourth quarter of 2019, yet an increase of 13.5% compared to the first quarter of 2019. This information has been reported by the Cadastre Committee.

In Yerevan, the average market prices per square meter of apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings increased by 3.2% in the first quarter of 2020 compared to the fourth quarter of 2019, and by 12.1% compared to the first quarter of 2019. In regional cities, the average market prices per square meter for apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings increased by 2.4% in the first quarter of 2020 compared to the fourth quarter of 2019, and by 6.6% compared to the first quarter of 2019.
