Customers Who Haven't Paid for March Electricity Will Be Disconnected After 3 More Days, HEС Announces
Considering the announcement made by the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia on April 22, 2020, stating that the force majeure affecting the payment obligation for electric energy is considered lifted as of April 22 of this year, the deadline for payment for electricity consumed in March has therefore expired. This announcement was made by the HEС.
Residents who have not paid for their consumed electricity or have made partial payments are warned that if payments are not made in the next 3 days, they will be disconnected starting April 27.
Earlier, the PSRC had issued a statement noting that the force majeure affecting the fulfillment of payment obligations for electricity, natural gas, and drinking water (sewerage services) is considered lifted as of April 22 of this year.
