When It Was Necessary, We Approached for Kocharyan: Arayik Harutyunyan

The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, talked with media representatives about the former authorities of Artsakh's proposal to change the pre-trial measure for Robert Kocharyan.

According to the newly elected president, when it was necessary, the "Free Homeland" party issued a statement and approached the prosecutor's office regarding a change in Kocharyan's pre-trial measure. However, he believes today that it is a matter for the Armenian justice system to decide and they should not interfere.
