Thousands of Citizens Consider It Important That Vulgar Individuals No Longer Receive Bonuses: Arpine Hovhannisyan

Former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Arpine Hovhannisyan, stated on her Facebook page: "Thousands (I would say hundreds of thousands) of citizens of the Republic of Armenia consider it important that vulgar populists, irretrievable incompetents, but simultaneously hopelessly self-absorbed individuals, should NEVER receive bonuses from now on. However, those individuals hold a different opinion.

On this matter, Liberty Radio contacted the news service of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin for a comment on the issue. What connection does the Mother See have with all this? You are right—NONE.
