Bonus for Gyumri Municipal Workers During State of Emergency
Gyumri municipal workers will receive bonuses for working during the state of emergency. This decision was made by the Gyumri city council.
During the council meeting, Lena Jilavyan, the head of the financial department of the Gyumri city hall, stated, “We all know well that our city is clean due to quarantine. The municipal division workers are doing their jobs excellently and regularly, and it is worth providing extra payments to those working in emergency situations. We plan to award bonuses to sanitation and municipal workers.”
It is noteworthy that the term “extra payment” will be replaced with “bonus,” as this is a sum awarded for good work done by the individuals. The council unanimously accepted the proposal to grant bonuses to municipal workers.
According to the Gyumri city hall, approximately 12 million drams have been allocated from the community budget for this purpose.
