Four Police Officers Isolated After Possible Contact with COVID-19 Positive Individual at Artsakh Checkpoint
The Police of the Republic of Artsakh informs that, as part of preventive measures to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus, four police officers serving at the Republic of Artsakh’s "Aghavno" checkpoint, who had possible contact with confirmed COVID-19 cases, have been isolated. Although these officers were wearing protective masks and gloves while on duty, they chose to self-isolate out of an abundance of caution.
The isolated officers currently show no symptoms of the virus, such as fever or any other complaints. To avoid false and unverified information, we again urge everyone to follow the official news provided through the information headquarters of the interagency commission coordinating efforts to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in the Republic of Artsakh, as stated by the Artsakh information headquarters.
