Opera Singer Gayane Grigoryan Has Died
Opera singer Gayane Grigoryan, known for her performances in the 1990s, has passed away after a long illness. This was reported by the Armenian National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet named after Alexander Spendiaryan on their Facebook page.
Grigoryan was 60 years old at the time of her death. The opera theater stated that she had been living in France, where she passed away.
She studied at the Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan and was one of the notable pupils of the famous singer Gohar Gasparyan.
