Temperature Expected to Decrease by 12-15 Degrees in the Coming Days
On April 8-9, in the valleys of Tavush, Syunik, and Artsakh, air temperatures are expected to drop to -2 to -3 degrees, and on the ground surface to -4 to -5 degrees. On the night of April 8-9, in the Ararat Plain and its foothills, the air temperature may reach 0 to -1 degrees, and on the ground surface, it may drop to -2 to -3 degrees.
Throughout the republic, on April 7 during the day, significant precipitation is expected in most regions on the 11th, while on the 8th, light rain is forecasted for Lori, Tavush, Syunik, and Artsakh, with snow in the mountainous regions. From April 9-10, and on the 12th, dry weather is expected.
The wind will blow from the northeast at 3-8 m/s, with possible gusts reaching 15-20 m/s in some areas. Daytime temperatures are expected to gradually decrease by 6-8 degrees on April 7, and by 12-15 degrees in Lori, Tavush, Syunik, and Artsakh on the 8th.
In Yerevan, occasional rain is expected on April 7 during the day and on the 11th. No precipitation is forecasted for April 8-10 and on the 12th.
