74-Year-Old Khosrov Avagyan Sentenced to Life Imprisonment Released from Courtroom
74-year-old Khosrov Avagyan, sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of two sisters and fraud under Article 104, Part 2, Subsections 1 and 8 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, has been released from the courtroom by a court decision. This was reported by lawyer Lyudvig Avetisyan in a conversation with the media.
The lawyer informed that the court decided to release Avagyan due to his health conditions that are incompatible with serving his sentence.
According to the lawyer, Khosrov Avagyan is suffering from cancer and has serious vision problems.
