More than 400 Armenian citizens return to Armenia via two Moscow-Yerevan flights
The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports that on April 6 and 7, more than 400 Armenian citizens currently in Russia were returned to Armenia via two flights operated by Red Wings airline from Moscow to Yerevan. Considering the financial situation of some Armenian citizens, it was possible to provide free tickets for over 150 individuals.
We express our gratitude to all compatriots who assisted in securing tickets for Armenian citizens. It is emphasized that those who returned to Armenia on the aforementioned flights are subject to a 14-day mandatory quarantine regime.
Approximately 200 Armenian citizens who were unable to board the specified flights have been accommodated in four hotels coordinated by the embassy. About two dozen Armenian citizens declined to be moved to hotels, choosing instead to remain at Domodedovo Airport.
