Disinfection Works Carried Out in 475 Public Places, Food and Trade Points
By order of the Minister of Emergency Situations, on April 5, the units of the Rescue Service conducted preventive disinfection measures in 475 public places across ten provinces of Armenia, including the Gegharkunik Regional Administration, the building of the ‘VivaCell’ company in Gavar and its central square, the Ararat City Hall, the branch of ‘Veon Armenia’ in Ararat, the area adjacent to the Masis City Hall, ‘Haypost’ LLC in Masis, the ‘Lachin Passage’ area of the market on Mayakovsky Street in Gyumri, the shopping center in Jermuk, the building of the Vayk medical unit, and in 24 residential buildings in Dilijan among others. Additionally, disinfection was performed in 49 establishments in the towns of Yeghgnadzor, Ararat, and Aragyadzor, including banks and credit organizations.
Since April 5, disinfection works have also been carried out in a total of 117 large commercial organizations across the republic due to the epidemiological situation. All structural and territorial subdivisions are subjected to daily disinfection, covering buildings, yards, all types of transport, property, equipment, and combat uniforms.
