The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued an announcement on its Facebook page addressing citizens of Armenia located in Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar. The message states: "The Consulate General of Armenia in Rostov-on-Don urges those Armenian citizens who are unable to return to Armenia due to the current situation and are left homeless, to urgently contact the Consulate General in Rostov-on-Don for assistance in securing temporary accommodation."
