Ararat Governor Visits COVID-19 Patients with Minister
Ararat Governor Garik Sargsyan, along with Health Minister Arsen Torosyan, visited the Artashat Medical Center yesterday, which, as is known, has recently been repurposed to serve only patients infected with the coronavirus. Sargsyan shared this information on his Facebook page along with photos from the visit.
“We reviewed the provision of services at the hospital with the minister. I would like to note that the organization of medical assistance at the medical center is being carried out at a high level, and all necessary conditions for the treatment of patients have been created. According to the minister’s assessment, it fully meets the requirements of the World Health Organization,” he wrote.
Sargsyan also pointed out that the patients receiving hospital treatment at the center are provided with necessary medications, medical supplies, and hygiene products, and they receive three meals a day. “I would like to express my gratitude to our heroic healthcare workers for their dedicated work every day. Dear citizens, remember that they work day and night for your health. Please stay at home for their sake,” he concluded.
