Government Session Begins with a Moment of Silence for April War Victims
The government meeting today commenced with a moment of silence to honor the victims of the April 2016 four-day war.
“Today marks the fourth anniversary of the April four-day war. I propose we honor the memory of all our fallen with a minute of silence,” said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the start of the session.
