EU to Provide 51 Million Euros in Support to Armenia
The EU will provide 51 million euros in support to Armenia to jointly combat the coronavirus pandemic. This includes specifically 18 million euros in new funds and a redistribution of 33 million euros from existing ones for the supply of medical equipment, conducting training for medical and laboratory staff, support for SMEs and the business community, as well as providing social and humanitarian assistance to those affected by the outbreak of the coronavirus.
Furthermore, additional redistribution will be allocated through regionally significant banking instruments and programs.
