Electric Pole Falls on Car in Yerevan
On April 2, at 1:31 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that an electric pole had toppled and fallen on a parked car at the intersection of Atoyan and Nor Aresh, 11th Street in Yerevan, blocking the road's traffic lane. This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
A firefighting team from the Yerevan Rescue Division of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that the pole belonged to the Yerevan Electric Networks company and had fallen on a parked Mercedes vehicle. Rescuers cordoned off the area and maintained watch until personnel from the relevant services arrived at the scene.
