Police Checkpoint Established at the Entrance of Hrazdan, Says Community Leader Sevak Mikaelyan
Sevak Mikaelyan, the leader of the Hrazdan community, made a Facebook post stating, “Due to the legal regime of the state of emergency declared in the Republic of Armenia, the new decision of the Prime Minister restricts the free movement of citizens between regions and Yerevan. In this context, starting from April 1 at 14:00, a police checkpoint has been established at the entrance of Hrazdan to monitor the movement of citizens and vehicles.
Citizens can travel to the city of Yerevan and other settlements only in cases of extreme necessity, and only if they possess a paper confirmation provided by their employer and an identification document. Dear fellow citizens, once again I urge and call upon you to adhere to the established rules, stay home, and observe all sanitary and hygienic regulations. Stay healthy…
