In Which Cases Will the Government Provide Support to Families with Minor Children
The government will provide support to families with minor children facing social issues due to difficulties in the job market. The assistance is granted at the rate of the minimum monthly wage (68,000 AMD) for each minor child under the following conditions:
- Both parents were laid off between March 13, 2020, and March 25, 2020;
- One parent was laid off during the period mentioned, while the other has been unemployed;
- One parent was laid off during the specified period, while the other is deceased, officially recognized as deceased, or missing;
- A single mother or the parent living with the child (if the child's parents are divorced) was laid off during the period from March 13, 2020, to March 25, 2020.
