Changes to Restrictions During the State of Emergency
Restrictions on movement and certain types of economic activity have been extended until April 12 inclusively under the state of emergency conditions. The new order includes the following changes:
- Public transportation services are suspended, except for rail transport.
- Taxi services are allowed to operate.
- Inter-regional movement of individuals is restricted. Movement is only possible along work-home routes and in one or two other exceptional cases.
- Family members or employees of the same organization can move in a light passenger vehicle without quantity limitations.
- When going to work, it will now be necessary to present a form filled out by the employer.
- A movement sheet will need to be presented in other specified cases.
The existing restrictions on types of economic activity have mostly been maintained. Details of other restrictions are available in the decision here.
Several restrictions will come into effect later than others, allowing time for adaptation.
