Postponement of Mortgage Principal Payments for Up to 6 Months: New Opportunity

“National Mortgage Company” LLC and “Housing for Youth” LLC, following the current situation and aiming to assist borrowers facing financial difficulties, are creating an opportunity within their programs to postpone the principal payments of loans provided until September of this year, inclusively. This was reported by the Public Relations Department of the Central Bank of Armenia.

“To take advantage of this opportunity, borrowers experiencing financial difficulties should contact the bank or credit organization that provided the loan. At the same time, the “National Mortgage Company” LLC and “Housing for Youth” LLC urge borrowers in the absence of financial difficulties to make monthly payments on loans in full, and where possible, to make payments online without visiting financial organizations,” reads the issued statement.
