Designated Areas for Advertising Placement in Yerevan Established by Law

The National Assembly of Armenia adopted in the second reading and fully the draft law amending the "Law on Advertising." The draft was authored by Arthur Hovhannisyan, a member of the "My Step" faction.

The draft law prohibits natural and legal persons from placing advertisements related to business activities in public areas of Yerevan, on poles, electricity columns, tree trunks, urban furniture, and any other public spaces, except for designated boards intended for that purpose in residential buildings and within the administrative boundaries of Yerevan.
