Coronavirus Cases in Turkey Increased by 293 in One Day

With the spread of the new type of coronavirus, the Turkish authorities have decided to prohibit individuals over 65 years of age and those with chronic illnesses from leaving their homes.

Health Minister Fahrettin Koca announced on his Twitter page that 293 new cases of coronavirus infection were recorded in one day. Consequently, the total number of infected individuals has reached 1,549. The number of fatalities has increased from 30 to 37.
