Artsakh Defense Ministry Denies Azerbaijani Media Claims of Provocation by Armenian Side

The information disseminated by Azerbaijani electronic media, suggesting that the defense army's frontline units allegedly "committed provocation in the Geranbo direction and left one serviceman in the neutral zone," is yet another piece of misinformation.

This was reported by the Artsakh Defense Ministry's press service. The defense army's stationed units are adhering to the ceasefire maintenance regime. Furthermore, a relatively stable situation continues to be maintained in the contact zone between Armenian and Azerbaijani opposing forces.

Therefore, we urge the Azerbaijani side to refrain from artificial escalation tactics that lack prospects and to avoid further aggravation of the situation.
