Results of Coronavirus Tests Conducted by Police Officers Announced: Hayk Mhrkyan
In Armenia, no coronavirus has been detected in police officers who underwent testing for the virus. This was stated by Hayk Mhrkyan, the Deputy Chief of the Police, at a press conference held on March 23.
“We have police officers who have taken the coronavirus test, and we have no confirmed cases,” Mhrkyan said.
The Deputy Chief also noted that one police officer is under supervision in Tsaghkadzor with their family.
The Government of Armenia has declared a state of emergency in the country. The state of emergency has been in effect throughout the territory of the Republic of Armenia since March 16, 2020, at 18:30, until April 14, 2020, at 17:00.
