Restrictions on Land and Air Communication Between Armenia and Russia Have Come into Force
As of today, the decision of the governments of Armenia and Russia that limits land and air communication between the two countries has come into effect. This was announced by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Anna Naghdalyan.
“The restrictions do not apply to cargo transportation. According to the decision, our citizens in Russia, their family members, as well as individuals who do not have Armenian citizenship but have legal grounds for residence in Armenia, can return to Armenia,” the statement said.
