«Zhamanak». Mayors Against the Referendum

«Zhamanak» newspaper reports that a part of the mayors may work against the constitutional amendments referendum. This primarily concerns communities that are slated for consolidation in the near future, and these mayors risk losing their positions. They believe that if the constitutional referendum fails, the government might also abandon the plan for community consolidations.
